Per tant, els impactes que rep l'usuari no només són a la xarxa.
Tampoc podem pretrendre trobar l'excel·lència en tot allò que innovem en l'era digital perquè en el nostre entorn tampoc existeix. Seria absurd pensar que la política 2.0 s'ha de fomentar en el camí de la perfecció quan, en l'essència, ja no té aquesta essència degut a la competivitat entre partits per acabar governant. Així doncs, si el poder és la finalitat, el que s'ha d'intentar és que els mecanismes que ens governen, en totes les matèries i no només les TIC, siguin fonamentals. Perquè així, ens garantiran una transperència i un rendiment en el qual tots hi sotirem guanyant.
